The Jobs section is where most people like to focus and this is well-managed in the app. You can easily search for jobs based on particular keywords and then filter the jobs based on the time when they were posted, the experience level required, the location of the job, the industry of the company and the job function or title. Multiple filters can help you narrow down your options to the jobs that would be best suited for you. The app also has its own recommendations section where you are recommended jobs based on your profile and while the recommendations can be sometimes not relevant, it can give you a pointer on if your profile is well-developed or not and uses the right keywords or not. If you find jobs that are not relevant to your experience, you should look to optimize your profile so that the LinkedIn recommendation tool can match better jobs for you and so that other recruiters can also find your profile when searching for candidates with your experience and qualifications.

The HR app has its own settings as well and the options are sub-divided by category to make your life easier. You can change Account, Privacy, Ads and Communications settings and the settings changed in the app will be applicable for your account on the desktop version of LinkedIn as well.
